We offer an initial free, no obligation consultation of approximately 30 minutes duration for potential new business clients. This provides an opportunity for business owners (or people interested in establishing a business) to meet with us, on an absolutely free, no obligation basis, to assess what we have to offer.

Deluxe Bookkeeping Service

Our deluxe bookkeeping service is a comprehensive package, incorporating computerised bookkeeping, accounting, BAS and tax return preparation service, for business clients. By utilising this service, your financial records and operating results will always be up to date and accurate, with no additional fees charged at year end for preparing annual financial statements and tax returns..

Why use our bookkeeping services?

Whilst you can use the services of independent bookkeepers, they are mostly not qualified accountants, nor is their work supervised by an accountant. Consequently, a considerable amount of time usually has to be spent by us to correct errors and expenditure mis-allocations. If we do the bookkeeping, then no additional time is needed to correct errors. Consequently, fees charged by us for the full, comprehensive service, are generally comparable to (or less than) the total fees that are charged for separate bookkeeping and accounting/tax services.

It is illegal for bookkeepers to prepare, or advise you on the preparation of your BAS (unless the bookkeeper is also a Registered Tax Agent).

Up to date and accurate accounts provide greater opportunities for implementing business and tax strategies on a timely basis, in particular prior to 30 June.

Little lead time is required to prepare formal financial statements for banks or other financial institutions, when applying for loans or finance for cars or plant and equipment.

We offer a range of payment options, including fees and commissions on investments placed, or a combination of both.
